Where to find us

Ciudad Demo sits right in the middle of the Coastal Highway: the first oasis after crossing the desert.

Map to the hotel: SaaSBase Demo is on the Coastal Highway, 2 km past the toll booth and 1 km from the gas station, next to Av. Demo. Farther along the highway are the convenience store, the lake viewpoint and the turnoff downtown, which crosses the river and its palm grove to the Ciudad Demo Plaza.     The hotel is on the Coastal Highway, between the toll booth and the gas station: 1 km from the gas station, next to Av. Demo.

    On the federal highway from Ciudad Norte, about 2 hours across the desert.

    The nearest airport with commercial flights is Puerto Demo, about 4 hours by road.

Questions before you book

How do I book?

Pick your dates and guests, check the prices and send your request. Reception confirms it; until then it is not booked.

How much do I pay to book?

The deposit is 50%, calculated on the total for the stay; at the RV Park it is the full parking charge. Reception tells you how to pay it when they confirm your request.

What if I need to cancel?

The full cancellation policy appears in the request form, before you send it. If you have questions, message us on WhatsApp.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes. Up to 3 pets are free; beyond that there is a cleaning charge of $300 MXN per stay.
